Selling my parents home in a short window of time seemed like a daunting task, but Jamie Rooney made the experience as seamless as it could possibly be. She and Scott Broady presented detailed market research and guidance, while empowering us to make the right choices for our situation. In the end, their strategy wound up being the best way forward. With use of every media possibility to attract attention, the house was on the market on a Wednesday and sold by Sunday for what we wanted. Special mention to Jamie for always going above and beyond. As we can all agree, selling a home is very emotional. From the very first meeting, the Broady Windsor group were professional, respectful, sympathetic, organized, and new their business inside out. The transaction needed to be done quickly and was done so efficiently. They took charge of all from beginning to end with all contacts available immediately.
