Sean began his career back in the summer of 2000 at the local Royal LePage office in Beaconsfield. He successfully built and managed Team Broady for nearly two decades with his mother Libby, his sister Catherine and younger brother Mark.
In 2019, he decided it was time to branch out and forge his own path, launching The Broady Windsor Group with his wife Kimberley, his older brother Scott and his daughter Megan.
Sean has extensive knowledge in the areas of renovation, construction and real estate investing; having built and renovated many properties over his career. Sean sees real estate as a way to give back to his community and has garnered numerous accolades for his work with the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation.
When he’s not busy guiding clients along the path to real estate success, he can be found looking for his golf ball in the woods at Beaconsfield Golf Club, fishing for trophy Muskie in the St Lawrence river, working out with Scott at the local gym or trekking all over the world to raise money for the West Island Women’s Shelter.
Having run his own sales & marketing advisory firm for over 15 years, Scott brings a different dimension to the BW Group. His background in category design and story-based marketing is helping homeowners to leverage their real estate assets and create the life they’ve always envisioned for themselves and their families.
A former triathlete and rugby player, Scott continues to stay active, competing in Spartan races, and as a member of the Beaconsfield Oldtimers Hockey Association and Kirkland Touch Football League. He co-founded A Night To Remember in honour of his late father Max, and has since worked hard to raise funds and awareness for the battle against Alzheimer’s and other cognitive disorders.
Kimberley is a strong believer in building lifelong relationships with her clients, as she is fiercely committed to providing unparalleled levels of guidance and emotional support through each step of a real estate transaction.
Spiders are her "kryptonite" and will evoke a blood-curdling scream if she even hears the word. In her spare time, Kimberley enjoys cuddling with her adorable son James, kicking Sean’s ass in the gym, and hiking hundreds of miles across frozen fjords in Iceland or the Sahara Desert in Morocco, raising funds for the West Island Women’s Shelter.
Megan brings a wealth of knowledge to our team thanks to her previous paralegal experience with Montreal-area law firms and notary offices.
Her calm demeanour, patience and keen attention to detail is a huge asset to any client lucky enough to work with her. In her spare time she enjoys going on hikes, reading and watching movies.
Mark is our world traveler. Having backpacked across Europe and parts of South America, Mark was fortunate to have had the chance to embark on an amazing journey of self-discovery that led him to a career in real estate. Born and raised in Baie d’Urfe, Mark knows the value of living in a friendly, tight-knit community.
When he is not exceeding his clients' real estate expectations, Mark can be found fulfilling a lifelong goal of scaling all 46 peaks of the Adirondack mountains. He currently has 4 under his belt.
Mark has since moved to a condo in Le Sud-Ouest, which has helped further his real estate knowledge and enables his clients to acquire an even deeper understanding of all the options available to them. Whether it's a move-up or downsize, he will protect your interests and ensure you make the right decisions.
As an ex NCAA Division 1 athlete and a sports coordinator for many years, Melissa has a deep understanding of the sports world and how to work with others to achieve common goals. Her passion for real estate was ignited after acquiring her first property in 2012 and since then, she has grown her investment portfolio by purchasing multi residential properties in Montreal and Sherbrooke. Her experience in various cities in Quebec and the USA has given Melissa a unique perspective on different communities and cultures. However, she has found a true sense of belonging in the West Island, where she currently resides with her two young children; Andrew and William.
Her background in elite sports shaped her as a person and allowed her to develop strong work ethic, discipline, and attention to detail, which are invaluable traits in the real estate world. She understands the importance of communication and teamwork and she uses these skills to build strong relationships with clients and help them achieve their goals.
Whether she is helping families find their dream home or assisting investors in finding profitable properties, she approaches each task with enthusiasm and a commitment to excellence.
One of her favorite pastimes is playing outside with her family. Whether it's kicking a ball around in the park or going on a bike ride, she loves spending time with her children and watching them explore and learn about the world.
As our clients can attest, Amanda’s job is way bigger than her title may suggest. She is our Mama Bear - fiercely protective, yet warm and cuddly. A more appropriate title would be something clever like "Organizational Guru". She is constantly juggling different aspects of each transaction, and her ability to keep the trains running on time makes her a great fit for the team.
When Amanda isn’t spending family time with her husband and 2 young kids, she can be found curled up with a book, playing board games or caring for her numerous plants.
