Sean started his entrepreneurial journey cutting lawns, delivering newspapers and painting fences as a kid growing up in Beaconsfield. In 2000 he began his career in real estate as a baby-faced 25-year-old who barely knew how to use a computer and had no idea what a french drain was.
He has since taken on 10 home flips, a new home build, and acquired a portfolio of revenue properties. When he’s not busy guiding clients along the path to real estate success, he can be found fishing for trophy Muskie on the St-Lawrence River, Trekking all over the world to raise money for the local Women’s Shelter or making authentic Neapolitan pizza from scratch, in his wood fired backyard oven.
Scott spent 15 years running a successful marketing consulting business. He’s a born storyteller with a passion for real estate, coaching his kids and travel adventures. He’s a husband and father of two teenage girls. He enjoys playing oldtimers hockey, touch football and reminiscing about his collegiate rugby career.
He co-founded A Night To Remember in honour of his dad Max, and has worked to help raise funds and awareness for the battle against Alzheimer’s and dementia. He has competed in triathlons, Spartan races, and once traveled across the United States in a winnebago. He’s an ordained Dudeist Priest from the Church of the Latter Day Dude and officiated Sean and Kim’s wedding in 2018. Having lived in Beaconsfield since 1980, he has extensive local knowledge and a deep appreciation for the West Island community.
Kim is our resident Clint Eastwood, as her video editing and directorial skills have brought our property marketing to a whole new level. She is a strong believer in building lifelong relationships with her clients and is fiercely committed to providing guidance and support through each step of a buyer or seller's journey.
Spiders are her kryptonite and will evoke a blood-curdling scream if she even hears the word. In her spare time, Kim enjoys kicking Sean’s ass in the gym or hiking hundreds of miles across frozen fjords in Iceland and the Sahara Desert in Morocco, to raise awareness and funds for the West Island Women’s Shelter. Our clients also appreciate her keen eye for all things design related.
Megan brings a wealth of knowledge to our team thanks to her previous paralegal experience with Montreal-area law firms and notary offices.
Her calm demeanour and keen attention to detail is a huge asset to any client lucky enough to work with her. Megan is our resident Millennial who is teaching us how to use Instagram, while providing a vital connection to the younger generation of homeowners.
In her spare time she enjoys going to music concerts with friends and has always had a passion for animals.
Mark is our world traveller. Having backpacked across Europe and parts of South America at a young age, Mark was fortunate to have had the chance to embark on an amazing journey of self-discovery that led him to a career in real estate. The next place on his bucket list is Asia. Born and raised in Baie d’Urfe. Mark knows the true value his hometown holds. He has a strong sense of community, which has led him to discover a passion for volunteering. He has participated in multiple fundraisers, coached U4 soccer, volunteered at the Cambridge seniors residence, and the Kirkland mini Olympics (in high school). When he is not exceeding his clients real estate expectations, he can be found fulfilling a lifelong goal of becoming a 46er. This is what you are called after you scale all 46 peaks of the Adirondacks. Mark currently has 4 under his belt.
