1. Lessee must purchase tenant insurance in the amount of $2,000,000 upon signing, valid for the duration of the lease; 2. No smoking and no growing tobacco, weed/cannabis or any other substance. 3. No Airbnb, No short-term rent, No sublet, No assignment of lease without consent of the lessor. 4. No painting, no puncture the wall, door, kitchen and bathroom cabinets without consent of the lessor; 5. References, background and credit reports are required; 6. The lessee shall return the property in the same state in which he/she had received it at the beginning of the lease, minus normal wear and tear, otherwise the lessee may be required to pay a cleaning fee; 7. All lessees shall undertake to be solidarity liable for the lease. 8. Lessee will follow the building rules, if there is a penalty due to the lessee's behavior, the lessee will be responsible for the penalty.
