Sean is back with Montreal’s Real Estate Market Update for November 2022. We saw some interesting trends in the Montreal real estate market for the month of November. After a slow October, home sales picked up this past month in both the single family and condo markets. With a looming ban on foreign buyers in Canada as of Jan 2023, we did see some increased activity that we attribute to those foreign buyers wanting to get into the market before the ban takes effect.
