Ever dreamed of living on one of Beaconsfield South's most desirable streets? Well, hold onto your hats because dreams do come true. Introducing 15 Laurier Court! A street where homes hardly ever come on the market because no one ever wants to leave.

Picture being just steps from scenic Lakeshore Drive along Lac St-Louis. Morning walks, evening strolls, and endless Instagram-worthy moments. Your followers will be jealous.

What you'll love most about this home

One of the most remarkable features of this home is its open main floor concept, which is designed perfectly for family living. Enjoy a seamless flow from kitchen to living area, and don't forget the formal dining room for those nights you want to pretend you're on Downton Abbey. At the back of the garage off the kitchen, you've got a powder room, mudroom, and main floor laundry. Because even glamour needs practicality.

Outside, you've got an impressive backyard that's basically party central. This place has seen more celebrations than New Year's Eve in Times Square. Need to fit over 100 people? No problem. Pool parties, rugby parties, and yes, even tea parties—if that's your thing.

Before They Called It Home

The current owners moved into 15 Laurier Court just two weeks after the birth of their third child. With a growing family and their first home feeling a bit cramped, they found this property was the perfect spot to plant roots for their expanding household. Their children quickly made this house their home, filling it with love, laughter & tears.

The Allure of the Neighbourhood

Whenever they feel thirsty they just head over to Duke & Devine's Pub & Restaurant. It's where friends gather, stories are shared, and everybody knows your name—if you go there often enough, of course. You can also check out the Beau Market every Friday afternoon in the village. It's here you'll find fresh produce, local crafts, and more friendly faces than an episode of Cheers.

With excellent elementary schools and parks nearby, it checked all their boxes for an ideal family environment. The community is filled with great neighbours, contributing to the sense of belonging and security that every family desires.

Falling in Love at First Sight

When they first walked through these doors in 2000, the house needed quite a bit of work. Despite this, they saw the potential and envisioned their future in its welcoming spaces. The curb appeal, the large backyard, and the heated inground pool all played a part in their decision. It was the place they wanted to call home.

Hidden Gems Discovered

One of the delightful surprises they discovered was the enjoyment of eating dinner on the front porch and enjoying spectacular sunsets from April to October. The warmth of the sun on the porch, even during the colder months, provides a cozy spot for family and friends to gather, rain or shine.

Making It Their Own

Over the years, they have meticulously renovated the interior and exterior, adding personal touches that enhance the home's charm. Landscaping projects have transformed the property, with beautiful porch and patio areas, a composite deck, manicured gardens, and cedar hedges. Its like living in a Pinterest board.

Cherished Memories

This home has been the backdrop for countless cherished memories, from raising their three children through various stages of life to hosting birthday parties, family gatherings, and countless rugby celebrations. Each corner of the house has a story to tell, making it a treasure trove of unforgettable moments.

A Wish for the Future

Reflecting on their time at Laurier Court, Keith & Caroline realized it was time for a change. The house that once brimmed with the energy of a bustling family now feels too large for just the two of them. They hope to see another family fill this home with their own stories and memories. Could this be the perfect setting for your familys next chapter? Come discover the warmth, charm, and sense of belonging that awaits.
