a new era in real estate

The Broady Windsor Group  was founded in 2019 and has since evolved into a powerhouse real estate team of 6 full-time brokers and 2 full-time administrative support staff serving the Greater Montreal area.

Sean Broady began his real estate career back in the summer of 2000, joining his mother in the business at the Royal LePage Elite agency in the picturesque suburb of Beaconsfield just outside Montreal. He successfully built and co-managed Team Broady, a consistent, top award winning team, for nearly two decades with his mother Libby, his sister Catherine and younger brother Mark.

In 2019, he decided it was time to branch out and forge his own path, launching The Broady Windsor Group with his wife Kimberley Windsor, his older brother Scott Broady and his daughter Megan Broady.
