Working with Sean Broady and his team was an amazing experience from start to finish. They are professional, knowledgeable, and truly go above and beyond.
Sean knows the Beaconsfield market inside and out, his pricing, timing, and strategy were spot-on. Everything he recommended made sense and ultimately resulted in the sale of our home - on time and within our desired range.
The pre-inspection approach, staging support, and stunning photos show just some of the care and attention that went into the sale of our home. We had decided to go with Sean and his team because of his strong track record and great reviews and quickly saw for ourselves how they have earned their well deserved reputation.

It was a true pleasure to work with Kim as our agent for the purchase of our new home. We had a specific idea of where we wanted to live and the kind of home we imagined ourselves living in. Selling my parents home in a short window of time seemed like a daunting task, but Jamie Rooney made the experience as seamless as it could possibly be. She and Scott Broady presented detailed market research and guidance, while empowering us to make the right choices for our situation. In the end, their strategy wound up being the best way forward. With use of every media possibility to attract attention, the house was on the market on a Wednesday and sold by Sunday for what we wanted. Special mention to Jamie for always going above and beyond. If I ever have any real-estate needs in the future, my first call will be to the Broady Windsor Group.

As we can all agree, selling a home is very emotional. From the very first meeting, the Broady Windsor group were professional, respectful, sympathetic, organized, and new their business inside out. The transaction needed to be done quickly and was done so efficiently. They took charge of all from beginning to end with all contacts available immediately. All professionals that they recommended to get the home ready for the market were equally impressive.
